Final reporting of a DG ECHO-funded Action

Course Description

This course focuses on the closing phase of an Action; the main topics refer to an overview of eligibility of costs, management of remaining supplies, final reporting.
It covers both financial and operational sections of the Single form, from the legal and administrative point of view and pays particular attention to the additional financial information required at final reporting stage.

Specific Objective

To improve knowledge and skills of ECHO Partners’ staff in preparing the closure phase of an ECHO-funded Action and in making the best use of the Final Report.

Learning Objectives

At the end of the course you will be able to:

  • define the contractual and financial obligations concerning the Final Report;
  • understand the correct use of procedures and where to find relevant information and tools;
  • be aware of the potential added value of the Helpdesk support services.
