Final evaluation of the project Strenghtening of social capital in Senegal’s migration issues executed by the Italian NGO COOPI – Cooperazione Internazionale, in partnership with Cespi and CISAO, in Senegal between 2004 and 2006.
The evaluation study focused on two main aspects: 1) Delineate the effective action plan; 2) Conduct a survey aiming at identifying quantitative and qualitative information on the impact of the project on recipients, local institutions and on the environment.
In line with punto.sud methodology, the evaluation analysed the project logic and the deviation from plan; it produced a stakeholder analysis that analysed the management of the action and elaborated a specific field survey that identified the impact and vitality of the project. The report highlighted the relevance, coverage, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, vitality, and the results achieved by the project.
