Degree in Economics and graduated at the European School of Advanced Studies at the University of Pavia (Master in Cooperation to the Development).
He has acquired a practical experience in development planning/programming and project cycle management during identification/feasibility studies and evaluations in Africa, Balkans, Middle-East and Southern Asia.
He is specialised in project management, assessment, monitoring and evaluation systems, providing technical advice and training.
On January 2007 he has been appointed Director of punto.sud. He is also member of the Executive Committee since 2010.
