Degree in Sociology and graduated at the European School of Advanced Studies at the University of Pavia (Master in Cooperation to Development).
He has conducted identification/feasibility studies and evaluations mostly in Latin America, investigating especially the health sector, particularly concerning the adoption of new technologies finalised to the strengthens and decentralisation of the local health systems.
He is the coordinator of the punto.sud branch office in Bruxelles.
