Evaluation Description

The ZeroSei Program funded by Compagnia di San Paolo intends to promote integration and coordination among services and care offers targeting the 0-6 age childhood bracket in Turin. Moreover, the projects supported are in favor of children of this specific age group in a more systematic, multidimensional, inclusive, innovative and integrated framework.

The objective is to contribute to producing a change in the territory involved, not only in terms of increasing supply and services, but also and above all in the ability of the community to interact, work synergistically and put the various skills, competences and resources, to take care of their children, their families and the actors that interact with them in a sustainable, effective, participatory and lasting way.

Type of services provided

The various activities carried out by punto.sud have different objectives:
• Provide to Compagnia San Paolo a clear design reference framework (program theory);
• Facilitate forecast monitoring and evaluation actions;
• To strengthen the company’s ability to analyze and plan the company itself within the ZeroSei program.

The outputs expected to be achieved are as follows:
a) to explain, starting from the analysis and evaluation work carried out by the Collegio Carlo Alberto, the reference model (hypothesis of change and functions to be maintained in the long-run)of the Program in consideration of the Company’s vision, the development of the main actions, the allocated funds and the project launched;
b) consolidating a monitoring system capable of enhancing the systems of observation and analysis of the processes started by the individual actions and the hypothetical evaluation tracks.
