The heart of this e-learning consists in one session dedicated to field audits and another one dedicated to HQ audits. DG ECHO partners will have the opportunity of listening to DG ECHO auditors answering any sort of practical questions related to HQ and field audits.
Useful clarifications, examples and indications on best practices and available support material will allow ECHO partners to properly prepare and organize the documentation during the implementation phase.
To give participants a general overview of ECHO Audit as a natural part of the project cycle.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
- Prepare for a field and HQs audit process and feel more comfortable in dealing with it;
- Properly apply the relevant rules and procedures during project implementation and reporting.
This e-learning course is organised around five sections that cover several topics such as the reason why DG ECHO does audits, general issues on audit process, HQs audits, field audits and the future of audits.
