Interim reports
In this section:
Organisations that received a grant from EuropeAid must comply to the reporting rules and modalities laid down in the Annex II of the Grant Contract (i.e. General Conditions).
If an organisation signed a grant contract for a period of less than 12 months and an amount not exceeding 100,000 Euro, it shall draft only a final report and submit it to the Contracting Authority no later than 3 months after the completion of the action as stated in the Special Conditions of the Grant Contract.
If, on the contrary, the action financed to the Beneficiary is multi-annual and the grant exceeds 100,000 Euro, the Beneficiary must provide the Contracting Authority with an annual narrative and financial interim report which covers the action's progress as a whole, regardless of which part of it is financed by the EC. Each report must provide a full account of all aspects of the Action's implementation for the period covered.
Moreover, the Contracting Authority may request additional information at any time and that information must be supplied by the Grant Beneficiary within 30 days of the request.
