Is the translation of vouchers requested? If yes, is it possible to charge the translation costs to the budget proposal?

There is no need to translate accountancy documents. However, it is always advised to translate the main parts of supporting documents to be sure to recognise the invoice in time. The request for payment and its annexes must always be verified by an audit firm.
