Article 7 of the General Conditions state the obligation for the Grant Beneficiary to hand-over the equipment and supplies purchased within a project co-financed by the EC. All Action's activities and expenses should be carried out and incurred for the final beneficiaries and to achieve the project purpose. In no case shall the Action result in a profit for the Grant Beneficiary, and keeping the equipment and/or supply purchased for the implementation of a project co-financed by the EC is considered profit-making. Handing-over the equipment, vehicles and supplies acquired within a project is mandatory, it shall be done within the implementation period and distinction is made only with respect to the location of the Organisation's HQ (if it is or not in the country of operation). It is impossible to derogate from transfer of equipment to final beneficiaries to avoid double-funding.
