Do EC contracts have a time line for submission of the final report with audit report after the end date of the project?
As per General conditions (art. 2.3) the final report has to be submitted with the expenditure verification report (if required) no later than three months after the implementation period. This deadline is extended to six months where the Beneficiary does not have its headquarters in the country where the Action is implemented.
