Can costs incurred during the implementation period be paid for afterwards?
As per article 14.1 of the General Conditions, to be eligible costs must have been incurred during the implementation of the Action, whatever the time of actual disbursement by the Beneficiary and/or its partners. This means that orders must have been placed before the end of the implementation period and goods/services/works be delivered/provided/realised before the end of the implementation period. Final payments shall be made before the submission of the final report at last.
