Preparing the final narrative report

In the final narrative report the Grant Beneficiary is requested to report under the following sections:

Description

  • report the general information of the project, leading applicant and implementing partners and associates (if any), target group(s)/final beneficiary(ies), country(ies)/region(s) targeted.

Assessment of Action implementation

  • state the activities performed and the results obtained, in line with Annex 1 of the Grant Contract; in particular, the Grant Beneficiary should highlight the activities covered, the reasons for eventual modifications for the planned activities, problems that have arisen (if any), monitoring and evaluation of the activities, and provide a list of procurement contracts above 10,000 Euro concluded within the framework of the project.

Partners and other cooperation

  • give an assessment of the collaboration with implementing partners, associates and other project's key stakeholders; state whether the partnership will continue or not and give reasons; outline links developed with other Actions; evaluate the cooperation with State authorities and the Contracting Authority.

Visibility

  • describe the actions deployed in order to ensure EU visibility (eventually attach any relevant publications/pictures/visibility material).

Statement of agreement/objections on the publicity of the Action's results by the Contracting Authority.
